Description

Metallic ring mesh is made from small metal rings linked together. Metallic ring mesh drapery is widely used by designers of hospitality and commercial industries, in both small and large areas to create a “wow” effect. The most recent usage of the metallic ring mesh fabric has taken place in textiles and surfaces in retail and restaurant settings. The ring mesh adds color, texture, geometry and uniqueness to a space. The 3D industrial look and the metallic effect give dramatic effect to any application, making them unique and one of a kind. The materials used to make the rings range from stainless steel for exterior application to aluminum alloy, brass, copper, and zinc alloy and more.

Size
The size of each ring can vary from 12 mm to 24 mm or larger ring opening. The cost of metallic fabric depends on the size of ring and wire gauge.

The surface treatment includes:

• oxidization which results to a smooth surface and prevents fading
• Spray technique and ink jet printing is like putting color ink on a ring metal mesh
• grit blast technique results to small colored grit on the wire mesh increasing the lighting effect
