My family has owned this small restaurant called Persian Nights for quite some time now. It is a small family business with its own regular customers, usually seniors, those who have known my parents since they were younger and have memories in our restaurant. A while ago I noticed that if I wanted to keep this family business alive I had to attract new customers, the younger generation! so I started idea hunting by going to new IN places.
